Monthly Report Forms are due the 5th of every month.
Monthly Report Forms (MRFs)
The monthly report forms (MRF) are used by the Pacific Northwest Circle K Board to record how each CKI Club in the District is doing, where the clubs may need help and to help us track our district goals.
Membership Update Center (MUC)
Membership Update Centre (MUC) is the official membership portal for clubs within the Kiwanis Family. MUC allows club officers (and advisors) to update their membership roster, pay international and district dues, and complete CKI's official monthly report forms (MRF).
**Late Club Monthly Report submissions can still be reported after the fifth of each month. While punctuality is highly valued, submitting late is still much better than not at all! Once late submissions are reported, please let the district secretary know**

Monthly Report Walkthrough
At the top of the page you’ll see CKI Monthly Report, the month and year, and your club’s ID number. Verify this is the correct month you want to edit.

Frequently Asked Questions
WHY CAN'T I ACCESS THE MRF IN THE MUC?
Your member record needs to reflect your status as Club Secretary or Secretary/Treasurer. If you are not listed as the secretary in your club roster, you will not be able to set up a login and password. Send an email to Membership Services (memberservices@kiwanis.org) with your name, club name, club ID, and position.

WHAT DO I DO IF I MAKE A MISTAKE AND REALIZE AFTER SUBMITTING THE MRF?
You can edit all submitted reports during the administrative year.
You can edit a report and update the information on any reports from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018. So, if you forgot to add a member’s service hours to your club total or that project with UNICEF slipped your mind, you can add them at any time.

MY CLUB DIDN'T HOLD ANY EVENTS THIS MONTH, DO WE STILL FILL OUT AN MRF?
Yes, you must still submit an MRF even if you're club did not participate in any activities or events. This lets our district know that we aren’t missing any reporting, and that we can confirm what events took place every month.
CAN AN EVENT BE BOTH AN INTERCLUB AND A KFR?
Yes, an event can be both an interclub and a KFR, as long as it fits the specific requirements of each.
DOES MY CLUB NEED TO CHOOSE A MEMBER OF THE MONTH EVERY MONTH?
No, your club does not need to choose a member of the month for every month, but it is highly encouraged and suggested that you do so.
IS THERE ANY WAY OF SENDING THE MONTHLY REPORT FORM TO MYSELF OR A KIWANIS ADVIOR ONCE IT'S COMPLETED?
Yes! You are encouraged to send a copy of the completed report to your Kiwanis and Faculty advisors. This can be done after clicking submit, as you will see a copy of your completed Monthly Report. Notice you can save as a PDF of your report if wish by clicking on the PDF icon.
