The District Board is here to be your resource, and we want opportunities to spotlight your achievements and strategize your issues. Please submit your DMRF along with your regular MRF. |
Lieutenant Governor Report
With the new team of Lieutenant Governors, we want to ensure that we're keeping track of who we're meeting with, why we're meeting, and how we can take our goals further.
Lieutenant Governors must complete this form every time they meet with anyone within the District to track progess. Clubs are not required to submit this report. |
Club Officer Resignation Report

When a club officer resigns from their position, the District Board wants to take the necessary steps to ensure that the club remains on track with their progress. Regardless of the position, we want to keep up with your club to see where we can assist in replacing that position! This report helps us seek out any clubs that have vacant positions, and helps us identify strategies to alleviate absences.
