What is the PNW Post?
The PNW Post is a bi-monthly publication of the Pacific Northwest District of CKI. This District Publication has been in existence for many years. It features articles from club members, club officers, district officers, an international officer and other Kiwanis-Family members.
How many times does The PNW Post come out each year?
Each year, The PNW Post comes out six times. The editions are listed as follows: May/June, July/August, September/October, November/December, January/February, March/April.
What is in the PNW Post?
The PNW Post contains information from clubs, the District, and International. This includes service projects, fundraisers, rallies, conventions, membership training, club building and pictures. A fun activity is also featured.
How do I submit articles for the PNW Post?
You can submit articles in one of three ways. Send them as an attachments in an e-mail, mail them to my address, or transfer the files on AIM. Please be sure to send your articles in by the various deadlines.
Are there incentives for me to submit articles?
Yes, there are incentives. The CKI club member who submits the most articles gets a prize. The club that submits the most articles will get a plaque. The division that submits the most articles will get some type of food party—ice cream, pizza, etc. All will receive their prize or award at District Convention.
Will award patches be given at District Convention?
Yes. This depends on the number of articles a club has submitted before District Convention.
